Office Furniture Direct2U Website Launched

We’ve launched a number of Direct2U websites for their Lockers, Rubbermaid, Cycle Shelters, Security Seals and Safety Mirrors ranges.

We have now launched another “Direct2U” site for office furniture:

office-furniture-direct2u.co.uk supplies all sorts of office furniture including office desks, office chairs, book cases, filing cabinets, reception room chairs and desks, boardroom furniture, office cupboards, display and presentation items such as notice boards and whiteboards and Bistro and Canteen furniture.

This website is built on the same secure, PCI DSS compliant, eCommerce platform as the other Direct2U websites.

Building on the previous website’s look and feel, we provided logo design which fitted in with the brand identity.

Rubbermaid Direct2U Website Launched

Following on from the success of the Lockers website, another website within the Direct2U network looking for a ‘refresh’ was www.rubbermaid-direct2u.co.uk.

rubbermaid-direct2u.co.uk supplies a huge range of Rubbermaid Products:

• indoor and outdoor waste management solutions – recycling bins, Slim Jim containers, step on waste bins.
• Safety Solutions – signage, spill safety, safety cones and accessories.
• Material Handling goods – utility carts and utility trucks, step stools, storage containers and tool boxes.
• Cleaning Products – mops, buckets, microfibre solutions, housekeeping carts and housekeeping trucks, laundry nets, cleaning mitts and wardrobe/closet organizers.
• Baby safety products – baby changing stations and sturdy high chairs.

With such a large range of items, many having varying product options, Rubbermaid Direct2U needed a website that was easy for customers to search, navigate and buy from.

We offered a solution that met these needs, including the eCommerce platform, web design and all-inclusive hosting services.

Having already created a previous site with their new brand identity we were able to provide logo design which fitted in with the new look.

Lockers Direct2U website launched

As part of their commitment to providing their customers with high quality lockers, delivered quickly, and at competitive prices, Lockers Direct2U came to Flair Consultancy to ask about an eCommerce site for their Locker range.

Specialising in offering a range of lockers including budget lockers, laptop security lockers, meshlockers, fast delivery quick ship lockers, school lockers, plastic lockers, sports lockers, cube lockers and even stainless steel lockers among others, Lockers Direct2U were looking for a website that would be easy to manage, but most of all easy for customers to navigate and buy from.

We offered a solution that met their project specification, and the web design and all-inclusive hosting services we provided exceeded their expectations.
As part of the project we also suggested a refresh of their brand identity and were able to give them a new logo design which could be re-used with variations across their other ‘Direct2U’ websites.

The success of this project led Direct2U to ask us to create other new websites, such as Office Furniture Direct2U and migrate some of their existing sites that specialize in Cycle Shelters, Rubbermaid, Safety Mirrors and Security Seals to our eCommerce platform.

Flair* Website Goes Live

Our new Flair* website is now online! We’ve been so busy making our clients happy getting their websites right (and brainstorming our new ideas) that it’s taken us a while…

I’d say it’s “under construction” to explain why some pages aren’t quite ready, but then any good website should always be…

I remember a thoroughfare of the Shopping Centre I used to walk through that had a row of display cabinets for various shops within the centre.

They had mannequins, posters and other merchandise displayed in a way *someone* thought appealling. Perhaps some of the shoppers did too, but the problem was that they weren’t changed very often. Weeks, months, even years would go by and I’d see the same thing every time I looked.

I don’t care how good your product is, it looks better without a sprinkling of dust, dead flies curled up near it and a broken ceiling tile precariously dangling above.

That’s the problem if a website isn’t maintained. Although there may not be anything as gruesome as deceased insects collecting there, if it’s obvious it hasn’t been spruced up for weeks, months or years, no one will want to stay long.
